Seth Waters is an executive advisor and strategic growth consultant with more than 20 years of experience across executive leadership, business growth, government contracting, organizational transformation, marketing, and strategic partnerships.
Before founding Elevate Strategic Group, Seth served as Chief Growth & Marketing Officer for a $30M consulting organization, helping connect business development, capture, partnerships, marketing, and organizational growth.
Today, Seth advises businesses, government contractors, and public-sector organizations on complex growth and transformation challenges. His work spans executive facilitation, strategic partnerships, organizational alignment, government growth, revenue systems, and enterprise transformation.
He has also advised teams pursuing complex government opportunities, including a federal GOCO pursuit valued at more than $1 billion.
